Radial shaft seals are used between rotating and stationary machine components or between components in relative motion. CRW1 gaskets are designed with a metal sleeve coated with sealant and a SKF WAVE edge made of elastomer with a higher pumping speed to reduce heat generation. The seal also has a garter spring to optimize the seal against the shaft.
