MTRX bearings use SKF Solid Oil technology. This means that instead of conventional grease, the space between the rolling elements is filled with a polymer that is impregnated with a high-quality synthetic oil resistant to oxidation. The lubricant heats up and loosens during the movement of the rolling particles. Compared to conventional bearings, the amount of lubricant is more than double and there is no need for relubrication. This protects the individual bearing parts and leads to longer bearing life even under extreme conditions.
