Custom production of machined seals is a flexible alternative to injection molded seals. The unique combination of knowledge and competence of our company and SKF allows us to supply polymer seals in a very short period of time and basically in any size, design and for any industrial application. With the goal of providing our customers with even better service without the need to wait, we are able to produce all standard seals in any non-standard size and profile within a few minutes.

The SKF SEALJET production system uses its own specialized software and high-precision cutting tools. is based on computer-controlled machining (CNC) technology, which enables the rapid production of seals from polymers. The system produces gaskets from pipe blanks of the highest quality such as ECOPUR, ECONBR, ECOTAL, ECOFLON, ECOSIL and many others.
